Did I read that right? Mom and dad have been paying for all of their 26yo daughter's expenses for 2 years--and she's living on her own?
It is perfectly reasonable that mom and dad hold the daughter accountable and demand evidence of job hunting. You would think they would have established rules and a time limit when they started supporting her. Surely the girl could at least take any job to bring in money while continuing her search for a job in her chosen field. She is taking her parents to the cleaners and enjoying her best life now on their dime.
