I have been here for some time now and I would love to know what other moms or dads do for fun with the kids??

I don't live there but when we took a vacation there a couple of years ago, we went to the Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon and hiked, climbed rocks. It was great. There is also a mountain (Mount Charleston) not far from there that you can go up and go skiing. I am so jealous, so much beautiful nature to explore.
