Children can not be removed for names only, it is not possible. In order for a social worker to remove a child they have to get a court order, meaning they have to show why they are removing the children. It is harder than you think.

Just because the police have not had complaints does not mean that cps has not been recieving complaints. And as for the mother being upset, the mother of my now adopted brother acted all upset as well, when they removed him from her care. Only she kept trying to kill him.

They will not say why they took the children because their records are sealed. Once children are in foster care they are protected. For their safety and their foster parents.
