I'm not sure I would consider her much of a mom with all the nannys and such.

She may be a hard-working entertainer. I agree with skahar, though. Not sure I'd classify her (or any of those named) as a hard-working mom.

They obviously confuse income level with hard work, these two are not always proportionally correlated.

I have no doubt Madonna is a hard worker - she never struck me as being a great mom. Reese W. seems to be a very involved parent.

What criteria would they follow to come to that ridiculous conclusion?

Most likely they were feeling sorry for her because that adoption fell through and she just fell off a horse. Her ego needs a little stroking.

Ridiculous. I know they mean "Hollywood" to be just the stars, but even if you restrict it to strictly actresses then I'm sure there's some lower paid working actress that works a lot harder (it's a lot easier when you have ready access to nannies, chefs, personal assistants, etc!) Plus, the concept that earnings directly correlates to hard work is not only wrong, it's actually kind of offensive.

I think the hardest working moms are those that work two jobs to keep food on the table and can't afford babysitters even once in a while.
