Where to find cloth training pants

Well for my first three, I did the naked thing and it worked fine the boys took longer than my daughter but I hear that's normal. The only reason I don't want to go that route this time is, we just got new carpet, don't want any unexpected messes on that. I figured the cotton ones he would feel the wetness more than the pull-ups.

They were okay, but what ended up really working was just putting her in regular panties and letting her feel the wetness and the mess. If she was naked, it was mess without much wetness and that didn't work well. If she had a trainer on, she didn't feel wet until after she had gone. And in a pull-up, forget it - those things are way too absorbent. And they also gave her a rash for some reason.

I agree. We got the Kushee brand, but they are a mess (I do like their diapers, though). They are bulky and icky when wet and really difficult if they poop! Oh, and they are hard for the child to pull down. We quickly stopped using them and went right to underwear for our son. The good part of the Kushees is that the child does feel the wet right away and they do a really good job of keeping that wet in.
