Just a few weeks ago I attended a graduation ceremony for my niece and I have to say that the commencement speaker gave a truly eye-opening, inspirational, and dare I say life-changing speech.

The only thing I wish is that my niece had heard these words sooner so she could be more out of her shell and connect with more people during her teenage years. But I guess better late than never!
