The father was wrong. What if something happened and the boy got trapped in the car and died? As for the daughter all I can say is thank the lord I don't have nay kids, especially daughters. In some states that boy would have been doing time due to the fact the girl was only 14.

People..please talk to your kids about the potential consequences of their actions.

No because states have close age exceptions.
