I wouldn't know about "surrendering guardianship"...but it sounds obvious that this child is unwanted and the poster would be doing the child a BIG favor if she did give her up. Maybe then the child would find a home with someone that really wants her....not just the money they can get for her......very, very saaaad...no wonder there are so many troubled young people in our midst these days.

As for the behavioral issues, you are fully responsible for the child's behavior. If the child isn't behaving well, you're not doing your job right.

But definitely contact the local agency to let them know how you feel. That way they'll know they need to keep an eye on how you're taking care of her!
