im moving from fl to seward pa is this a good area.is it worth it to do. does anyone know about this area.

Seward is located in Westmoreland County. Just make sure if you purchase a home or land that it isn't to close to the Conemaugh River. This river has the tendency to flood in this area. Also, you may want to check to see what your taxes would be here as compared to living in Indiana County just across the river. At one time Westmoreland county had the highest automobile insurance rate in Pennsylvania.
