Family with young kids, town house, apt or single family...?

I DO go out to parks, museums, walking in the woods if we are in smaller homes, but that takes effort too, and if you are not that type to get out, if makes a difference in what you need. Good luck and think about yourself and what you want to create for them and you. Honestly, I am not big on excellent school systems when they are toddlers, it is about home life.

The reason I think this could be good for you is b/c it has a very large courtyard in between the two buildings and some of the younger kids are able to go out there and play and their parents watch them from the back decks. It seems to be a good fit for people who are too busy to do all the outside work associated with a house, but gives the sense of a traditional yard. Thanks for the offer but we are looking at rental cos' we will only be there for short term b'cos of hubby's job. We have our home in Singapore
