Question Searching homes for sale in PA

Hi, I live in MD right now. My husband and I have two kids and we live in an awful area. The drugs are getting really bad. My husband and I have always loved PA very much. We ride up there all the time and I just fell in love with it and think it would be a great place to raise kids.

Anyhow, we want to move just over the PA line. My question is, can anyone give me some names of towns that are just over the PA line to look for homes for sale in?

Thanks in advance.

Jen

York County is becoming very popular with young families looking to escape Maryland's congestion and crime issues. Some popular towns to look for include Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, New Freedom, Pleasant Hill, and Red Lion, all to the south of York City.

I just checked out Realtor DOT com, and I'd advise you utilizing the "Map Search" feature, then clicking on PA, then "Dutch Country/Hershey", then York, then selecting "Southern", "Southeastern", and "Southwestern" from the York County map. Hope this helps!

Hey there,

Some towns that are nice are Red Lion, Dallastown, Stewartstown, New Freedom, SevenValleys. My mom and dad are selling their house to move to Nashville,Tn where I am. Here is a link to their house [url] anyways they use Morgan Colins to list their house and they are the top sellers in York county (Yorksleadingladies.com) you might want to get someone there to show you around. Anyway, I think you will love it there. It is a great place to raise kids and the schools are good. I miss it so much there but I can't talk my husband into leaving Nashville and now my parents are coming down as soon as they sell their house so I guess I am stuck in the south! ) Good luck in your search and if you need to know anything about York County I will probably know the answer!! )
