I thought PA had a $180 million dollar surplus when Rendell left office. Now, Corbett is stating that it is all Rendell's fault that cuts must be made in education and our state parks. Sorry but I feel that the education of our youth and protecting the environment for future generations should be off the gubernatorial chopping block.

I don't agree with the cuts (at least where they're cutting)but rendell did not leave a surplus...he also raided the conservation fund every year to plug budget deficits.
