Can anyone offer any information whatsoever as to residing in this neck of the woods?

It's cold and snowy in the winter. Wellsboro is a beautiful small town, with the PA Grand Canyon close by. There's not much of anything in Blossburg. Mansfield has a university. The job markets aren't great and beyond local grocery stores and a few small restaurants there's not much for shopping or eating unless you drive an hour or so south or into New York state.
