Default How's Pa's Property Values???

I was wondering how the property values were in Pa. I live in South Florida & in 1997 I bought my piece of property here for $29,900.00. It is a 75'x150' lot.

In 2005 a lot down the street sold for $165,000.00 (same size) & last month the last lot on the street (same size) sold for $137,500.00. Seems even with the sluggish market values here are holding a bit.

Did Pa. go through that real estate "blast" & then slide a bit or was it more steady??

My partner & I were talking about moving to Pa. but decided to stay here for now, but I'm now looking at buying some property for future spec (probably NE Pa.) & was curious...

Thanks for any insight & have a great day!!
