From minnesota to york, pa
My family will be moving next summer to york, pa from minnesota. we have two school-age kids ( middle school ). we both work in the health care field, will be renting. Don't care much about living in the heart of the city. Any nice and friendly neigborhood with good school will do. Lastly, looking for an area that has people from every worth of life and jobs! Any advice?

Best school districts are York Suburban, Dallastown and Central schools. You'll still have a York mailing address, but won't be a part of the city government or school system. Dallastown encompasses Dallastown, Spry, York Township and some others. Central picks up part of Manchester Township, Springettsbury Township. York Suburban includes homes in Springettsbury Township and Spring Garden Township. You'll find lots of available rentals~2 BR's or 2 BR townhouses. If you'll be working at either York or Memorial Hospital, York Suburban or Central would probably be closer to the hospitals. I would imagine that the Memorial System and/or the Wellspan system would be able to connect you with a relocation specialist for this area.
