My family ate here Sunday for the first time. Now that they have a new location with seating to dine in, in the upstairs of Keller's Beer Distributor's building, we wanted to check it out.

It was INCREDIBLE! The subs were huge. The petites were almost too much for some of us to eat. And the meat!! OMG, they put Subway and Quiznos and even other local sub shops to shame! We were all absolutely stuffed when we left. The dining area is small but very nice. We will definitely be going back again.

At the very south end of University Avenue at Water Street. When Universty Avenue crosses Market Street it is renamed something else. I can't remember what it is at the moment. If you come into Selinsgrove from the north, turn left at the post office and it's right there ahead of you. It has a parking lot to the right down a hill, or there's a municipal lot to the left on Water Street.

They have a lot of meat in them, but how do they taste?

I had a cheese steak from there not long after they opened. It had way too much meat. I had to eat it with a knife and fork but that's no way to eat a sub. I haven't gone back since. I'll take Amato's on 522 any day over the Philly place.

It doesn't take much to put Subway to shame. I've had Spam sandwiches that were better than anything Subway makes.

The menu looks good. I'm a little suspicious of the cheese sauce. While it might be tasty, a Philly cheesteak is prepared with Provolone, American or Whiz.

Susquehannock, there was too much meat? Was there too much meat of the wrong sort of roll? A lot of cheesesteaks are eaten on the go and a sturdy long roll is required.

There was an over abundance of meat. It was probably three inches thick. However it did have a good taste. I don't think a different type of roll would make a difference with that much meat.

Gerania, you have a choice of cheese on your cheese steak. My son just chose the cheese sauce.

Susquehannock, everyone said their food tasted delicious. I know mine was! It is a lot of meat, maybe too much, but that's their distinctive "thing".

SusqueHappy, let us know what you think if you go.
