Thanks Pennsylvania!!! :(
My cousin passed away and the estate was about $105,000. So far the taxes and fees are around $24,000. 15% inheritance tax, fees property taxes, this that and the other. I was born in Pittsburgh and sometimes played with the idea of moving back but PA is a tax nightmare. There is no inheritance tax in WV FYI.
