Husband transferring to Swedesboro from N Georgia (house, neighborhood)

My husband's company is transferring us to Swedesboro...Trying to decide if we should be looking in NJ or PA.

What is your budget ? $300,000
What kind of place are you looking for ? House 4/2 AT least one Acre

Will anyone (spouse, children, pets) be moving with you ? Me and my husband, Girl 10 yrs, boy 14 yr, 2 dogs,
Do you need/want good public schools? Public with good sports

He is okay with an hour drive to work.
Schools are the upmost important. My kids are in advance classes straight A's and would like to keep them that way. Sports are also important. My son plays football and baseball. We are not nosey neighbors and do not really care for them. We keep to ourselves but like to have a few friends and a get together now and then. My kids enjoy being outdoors, playing, riding bikes. We have a a lab and retriever that like to be with us outside too.

Any help would be appreciated.
