Interesting article from Philly.com on how well Santorum has been doing with his fundraising in PA. In Jan, he raised nearly $260k, more than any other GOP candidate and more than Obama. PA residents also gave another $700k in Jan to a PAC that supports Santorum. Most of this money has come from Western and Central PA.
