Cost of living in west of Philly from a french guy
Hi to all,
I am a french guy that will move to Philly's area soon. I will work around Malvern / Paoli.
Can some of you guide me little bit in where I can settle knowing that my daughter will be in school in Bala Cynwyd ?
As I never lived in US (I spent weeks working there for a french company - rental cars, hotel, restaurants.... - but not living there), I need some hints on costs :
- what can the the cost a 4 bdr/2bthr sitting between Malvern and Bala ? I guess there can be huge differences. I need a kind of average price per school district. what can a very good spot not too far from Bala? Radnor ? Bryn Mawr ? Wayne ? Villanova ?
- what can be the cost of health insurance for 3 (35 years both and 6 yrs old)?
- what can the be the cost a a car insurance ? No damage / accidents since 4 years.
Any other fact / cost wil be greatly appreciated.
