Well according to some posters on this thread, they should continue the construction forever simply to provide middle-class jobs.

Can't blame PennDOT for that though; the Turnpike Authority has its own separate construction and maintenance setup (what a waste!)

I still can't believe that customers who use cash are charged more. It just seems so unamerican and idiotic.
Maybe we would of been better off letting that Spanish company run it when Rendell was in office.
