Default Suburbs of York County

I'm so undecided on where to choose, Lancaster County ( which seems a bit more pricey ) or York County as a place to raise a family.

My question is what Suburbs or towns of York County are nice & safe yet reasonable in home prices? My max is up to 265,000.

I heard some good things about Mount Wolf Pa.

Thanks -- Tony
