FRANKLIN PA - Where to rent?
I work in healthcare and was recently asked to relocate to the Franklin / Oil City area.
Can someone please tell me of some nice places or areas that are close by where I can rent? Thanks! Karen

I believe there are apartments overlooking the river at what was once the Oil City high school. Sorry, I can't remember the name, but a local realtor might be able to help you.
