could someone clue me in here.
i am single no kids and disabled.
i do not need to be near job base. i dotn care ablut school district.
i want a small town, preferrably retirees.
i dont want the tensions of gangs, or a place with poor ethnic/race relations.
basically i want to live and be left alone.
i dont want pproperty taxes that are too high.
i seem to be missing the boat. what towns would best suit me?
im looking to be sorta near the ohio line so as to be closer to chicago where family is.
