Talking Harrisburg. Hows Market St between 13th and 17th?

Im moving from Lancaster, looking at realtor.com and there seems to be some pretty big places for good prices around this area. Ive read alot of these posts but noone ever talks about weather that area is decent, livable, or avoidable.

The bad: One of the worst neighborhoods in Harrisburg, Market street itself is okay but some of the side streets are pretty bad.

The good: There is some gentrification on Market street in this area with some rehabs in the past year. No doubt if you do buy here, your property values have nowhere to go but up. There is also a warehouse at 10th street that is being converted into $150,000 condos. So, it's going to get better in the near future. This is probably one of the next hot neighborhoods in Harrisburg. It's also very close to downtown...just a short walk, bike or drive.
