Ryan Homes Halifax & Vicotira Interior Photos (Rochester: townhouse, buy)

Does anyone has Halifax & Victoria models by Ryan homes Interior Photos? Trying to get a good feel of those model without whistles and bells we see in Model house. haven't seen any halifax model photos but seen some of victoria model house photos online

I bought the providence townhouse. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Ryan homes, the contract is totally against the consumer like most national builders. They move their salespeople all around. I have had to deal with several salespeople. My salerep got released from the company and now I have a new one. They can't give me a settlement date and they keep telling me they have two years to build the house according to the contract. A very unpositive experience.

We have been in a couple of Halifax's. I have some photos of the interior first floor of one that is just about complete. We are having a Halifax built right now in South Jersey so I know these pictures don't have any upgrades. Let me know if you want the pictures via email.

We built a Victoria through Ryan Homes here in Rochester, NY. We moved in 2 years ago (November 2005) and had a great experience with Ryan...and we LOVE our home! The "bells & whistles" that we got on ours were a Morning Room, upgraded kitchen cabinets, side-entry garage, extra windows in family room, recessed lighting in kitchen, familyroom and livingroom, home office, 2-foot bumpout in the familyroom, and 9 foot ceilings throughout. I'd be happy to send you some pictures if you'd like.

Nice to hear a good experience with the builder. Please send me the pictures, would love to kitchen and family room photos especially. How is the home office? Is this the option that can be built to access from family room (storage space of garage).

Thanks Orion16 for sharing your Blog. Absoultely beautiful Blog. Can you please let us know what happened on the following 2 things if you don't mind
1) What happened to your request of bumping 2nd bed room for more space into Master Bedroom closet
2) Did Ryan homes charge for changing bath tub to shower stalls? Do you mind sharing the amount they charged for that

1) The engineering study came back negative. The builder said they would not make the change.
2) About $500 for each.

Hi. I just came across your thread. Do you still have pics availaable to send? I am considering the Halifax model and wanted to see some true interior photos.
