I'm uncertain if you ever chose to move to the Sharon, PA area but let me tell you a little something about it...I'm not from her originally. My husband and I just moved here to Sharon back in November and we couldn't have picked a better place to live. My friends live right down the road from us and they've lived in Sharon for as long as I can remember. They talked us into moving her and so far we really like it here. Yeah Hermitage is beautiful -- it's got a lot of nice homes and things like that -- but some of the homes are not cheap. Sharon, itself, depending on where you move to is a nice little community in its own right. We weren't sure whether or not this was going to work out -- we came from a small town and to me this is a big city. But where we moved to (I can't disclose that info) it's a very nice area. You have the Buhl Club (it's a fitness center), lots of great restaurants and Hermitage is right up the road (about 2 mins. depending on where at in Sharon you live). All-in-all it seems to be like a very nice area so far and something to check out. I say the best thing to do is take a drive and check it out.

Default Property INformation

I know in some states/areas they issue tax and property information. Do they do this for Sharon?
Many Thanks
Paulz

I use to live in Sharon, now I live in the N. Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina; which is the place to live! But, if you are looking in the Sharon area, for affordable houses, I'd look in the Patagonia, South Pymatuning areas. Just a thought

Default Hermitage, I don't think so

Lived in Hermitage for 18 years, and honestly it's so boring. You will go crazy, unless you like the lifestyle that is slow-paced and behind the times. However, the "mothers" of prominent schools in that area are halarious, they think they have so much money and flaunt their 2006 PRADA handbag around in 2008 and they think they are fabulous for doing it. It's funny. They recently opened a Starbucks...which I am sure is now a flocking point to these people who think they are so classy, HELLO YOU LIVE IN HERMITAGE. But, to raise a family, super safe and clean. Just a little slow for my taste, there is no diversity, which is a downer.
