nice area, it's part of the main line, can be a bit pricey but the area is very safe, great shopping, wonderful places to eat. Excellent place to move!!!

Devon PA falls off Rt 202 near Paoli. It sprouls on either side of Rt 30. Fine Dining and a superior school district as can be researched at schoolmatters.com. The homes can be from pricy to affordable dependent upon your desires. What is interesting is that homes have been listed for extraordinarily high amounts in comparison to their just sold prices -- not everyone but a significant number. There are sprouling areas and nice little communities. Areas in the proximity of note is Havertown and Newtown Square and Broomall. Devon has some great schools -- Conestoga HS is exceptional. You're gonna like it here.
