All beautiful little towns, however, little economy and growth too.

Default Looking for vacant land in the area!!

My family and I are looking for some vacant property in any one of the above mentioned areas. We need to locate a place to camp a couple of times a year due to having family buried in the Emporium area. We love to make it a huge family get together but have outgrown our stays at State Park Campgrounds!! We figured if we can find a couple of acres of vacant land or a hunting camp that we would be set to go up that way anytime of the year!! We love the beautiful mountains and forests!! If anybody has any links or leads to how we can find vacant land for sale we would truly appreciate it!!

St Marys- Powered Metal Capital of the state or Country something like that 14,000 pop
Ridgway- County seat of Elk County Charming little town with lot of Antique shops nothing else there population about 4,500 I also grew up there.
Kane- I hate that town no industry at all no jobs. People are rude . I live in kane currently pop under 3500
J-burg- Oh you must be from around the area only locals call it J-burg also known for the internal fart from the paper mill pop 2500 or less
DuBois - Loved it when I live there. I miss the Hitching Post Bar and there chicken wings were awesome ! Du Bois or (Do Boys) correctly pronounced Largest town in area has awesome shopping and restaurants Pop about 16,000 including Sandy Township
Clearfield -not much to say never really been there
Brookville- cheapest gas in the area and nice little theatre where rock bands play population about 4500?
Bradford or (Sadford) The town is decaying in it own filth every road has potholes size of a VW There is a college Pitt-Bradford and a oil refinery but oddly enough has the highest gas prices in the state ?
Punxy- Groundhog Town. What else can I say about a town who worships a rodent?

LOL. Peeps in J-burg really do not know that their town stinks and they get all bent out of shape if you point it out to them. It's really not so bad now, you should have been there before they cleaned it up. It'a a paper mill town after all.
