Jewish Mother seeking Jewish Community Near Exton
My family is considering moving to Exton, PA...we are jewish, and currently have our preschool aged children going to preschool at the local synogogue...we are looking to find out what synogogues are local to the Exton area, and if they have preschools...would you reccomend their preschools?

Hello,
You should consider the community of Uwchland Township, which about 5 miles north of Exton. A nice synagogue resides there that appears to be pretty active. I'm not sure if they have a pre-school, however. Here is their website:

I think that there is one directly across from the Walmart in Wyomissing in that development below Wyomissing Hills.

Actually if its the synagogue on Route 100, across from the new Catholic church, that's Uwchland in Upper Uwchland Township. Confusing hugh?  |

what if your a an ethnic jew and not a religous one would that make a difference.
