2) From what I have heard it appears most see this as a rural county more close to Baltimore.
-If so...why...since it is near Philly which is a large market and in the state?
-How come Philly's suburbs don't extend this far for such a large market?

3) What is the area's general allegiance to?
-Is it to Philly, Pittsburgh, and PA or to Baltimore or both?

4) What TV stations do you get?
-Why do you get FSN PIT since PIT is really far?

5) What sports teams do people root?

Thanks.
1) I'd say more town/suburban. It's not officially tied to any major metro region, though a good portion commute to either york or baltimore.
There is a fair amount of development (one of the few areas in the state in which prices continue to rise), and the county as well as adams county (stradles the line of adams and york county) have increased in the 10% per year for the past couple years

2) it's closer to baltimore because it takes less time to get there.

3) I'd say more baltimore than anyone else for sports; IMO, it goes Baltimore, Philly, Pittsburgh. Socially and to some degree economically, it's tied to york.

4) Harrisburg, york, and baltimore stations.

5) See number 3.
