CocalicoSprings is on a distinguished road
If you look to the area that is west of Reading...Wernersville, Robesonia etc. you will be surprised. What kind of lifestyle do you want for your family?
Reading is a city. Would you like to live in a small town? I have no visible neighbors and live on a 14 acre farm across from 300 acres of PA State Game lands yet I am only 20 minutes from Reading. That's the way it is. You have a wide variety of choices as to where you could live assuming you need to get to downtown Reading to go to work.
