Default Best School district in Berks County?

Based on this map of school districts, which one of these districts would you say have the best schools?

Also what would be the cut-off date for getting kids to start kindergarten?

The best schools in Berks county are definitely Wilson, Wyomissing, and Exeter. Wilson is widely known for its great academics as well as athletic programs, spurring the careers of many pro-athletes.
