I would love it. I have lived in Hanover for 12 years and Base my life around this area.

I don't understand why this forum hasn't been created yet when there is so much volume that would warrant it. A sub-forum was even created for Syracuse, NY, and other than bellafinzi, myself, sgoldie, and perhaps one or two others nobody bothers with it.

BUMP! (I know this isn't usually permitted, but given the fact that forum activity about Harrisburg/Lancaster/York is now increasing, it might be prudent to let people vote again).

It is a very popular area, which is why I can't understand why the senior moderators and/or administrator have yet to address it. At the very least there's enough activity in Harrisburg alone to warrant the creation of its city sub-forum, and Lord knows that every other thread on the general PA forum is for South Central PA now.

Do folks think it makes more sense to have a Harrisburg city sub-forum or a South Central PA sub-forum?

Give it up, sweetie! This state is fragmented enough the way it is. Why do you want to perpetuate the problem?

I don't think it's a "problem" at all. There are many, many other busy state forums that have many more sub-forums that we do that all function rather well. Look at the NY, NC, CA, FL, TX, SC, etc. forums for evidence of this.

I've been looking through the boards recently because i have family that may be relocating to PA. From my point of view, it would be easier if the current sub-forum setup was scrapped entirely. A new subforum of Western PA, Central PA, and Eastern PA would, IMHO, be easier to navigate. Just my .02.
