Kennett Square question (Coatesville, Downingtown: school districts, housing, relocating to)

Anybody know anything about Kennett Squar? I may be relocating to the Coatesville area and have read a great deal of negative things about it. Many people recommended Downingtown but I see that Kennet Square isn't too far away either. School districts, housings costs, etc.

kennet square is on the opposite end of chester county from coatsville. If you are going to be working in coatesvill I would suggest downingtown or the exton area. Both have good schools and closer to "civilization" if thats what you want. They are also nice areas. Coatsville is a run down area a bit heavy with crime.
