I live in the Philadelphia area and attend college in the Lehigh Valley. I have only seen a Confederate Flag once in Woodlyn, a suburb of Philly in Delaware County. A guy with a lifted truck had it on his driver's side door. It was shocking to me back then. I didn't think I would ever see that in the Delaware Valley.
