The schools are excellent in Doylestown.I believe there are 5 middle schools and 3 high schools in the surrounding area.I know there are dance schools,we just have not used them.Doylestown is a wonderful town, just very expensive. The school district is Central Bucks.Good sports programs as well.I'm not sure what you mean by modular,I have not heard of that here. The median home value for Doylestown is arround $370,000.There is ALOT of wealth in the area.Home prices are still very high for what you get ,even in this market. There are alot of New Jersey and New York transplants here. It's cheaper here than there, but still close enough to the city to be expensive.
