Default re: Newtown's water

Whats the deal with the water? It it safe? I get a stains just about everywhere, in the toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, on pots and pans? I was told it's hard water, but is it safe for the skin and to drink? I assume that if there is less chlorine and flouride in the water thats a good thing....Any thoughts?
