My family is considering a move to the Spring Grove area. We have visited the area and know about the paper mill and the smell (not an issue for us as my husband previously worked in a paper mill). However, I am looking for any info. concerning the school district. We noticed all the growing developments and I read an earlier post about the district having trouble keeping up with the increasing population. What about school safety? Drugs? Bullying? Anybody with any info. would greatly be appreciated. We think we found a house in a nice, safe-looking neighborhood (and we couldn't smell the paper mill). What are the pro's/con's to Spring Grove? Thanks
