Default Easter dinner in Central PA

Does anyone know which restaurant may be serving Easter dinner this year? Thanks.

I always think of Central PA as the Centre, Union, and Snyder county areas. So:

I believe Country Cupboard in Lewisburg is open Easter day. They have a wonderful buffet. We went there for Thanksgiving and it was nice (except they ran out of turkey!).

You might also check with Carriage Corner Restaurant in Mifflinburg. They're usually open holidays with a special buffet. I remember going there a number of years ago and it was also very nice.
