Default Which would you pick to live ? Hanover, Spring Grove or West York?

We are thinking about moving to the Southern end of Pa (we currently live in Carroll County Maryland)...we are looking at hanover, spring grove and West York areas. Anyone have any insight which is "nicer area" and why? Thanks.

It seems as if staying on the western side of I 83 is your goal. Obviously Hanover is very close to Carroll County. Spring Grove is a little farther north and West york more north as well.

There are many resources available to see what the school systems are like, although i don,t think there is that big of a difference. I would say your biggest deciding factor may be house price. I don,t not have any specific knowledge, but the farther away from MD you move the cheaper the houses.

Hanover is known as a great town that is growing. West York and Spring Grove tend to have a more suburban feel (which doesnt compare to the MD suburban feel).

I would think any of those areas would be nice.
