Also, behind applebees in the mall parking lot there is construction going on, they are building something there. At the mall website for leasing it looks like a lot of parking spaces for this building. Here is the website: http://www.preit.com/download/leasin...easeplan/1.pdf

The last thing that I heard is the Olive garden is looking at the parking situation at the location across from the new Susquehanna Bank, tha property has survey markers already in the ground.

If I hear any other tid bits about the selinsgrove area, I'll post as I hear
about them. Hope others can contribute.
I don't know if it was on here, but the last I heard, Golden Corral was to be a Grizzly Steakhouse.

The Golden Corral has not been sold but it has been leased to young man that has 2 restaurants in Camp Hill. I seen the cars at the restaurant today so I stoped in. They might get me to do some of the remodeling. It's going to be called The Golden Steakhouse.

Yes, if you stop at the bulletin board and look at it (next to the job johnny) you'll see that information also. I think I've only been to the SS office once or twice, and while it will be nice not to have to go into downtown Sunbury for it I can't help but think that they're doing a disservice to the poor and eldery in Sunbury who probably use the office the most and probably walked to it. Now they'll have to find transportation to get there.

I also see that the Golden "something" and Buffet will be opening soon. I forget the other word. It's not griddle - something that makes me think of meat cooking.

Just found out the old Brewer's Caffe, at WalMart, is going to reopen as a Pizza place. KC Checkerflag restaurant, of Middleburg, has reopened as Big John's Pizza

Good. I hope the new pizza place by Wally's is good. I'm getting tired of the generic stuff from P.J.s and Dominoes. Geeezz, we have to run to Sunbarrio or Lewisburg to get a decent one. Now, someone needs to open a real sub shop too.

I do not travel to Sunbury for food. I happen to like Amato's pizza, except for the fact that they do not open on Mondays. However, it will be nice to have a place that is closer. I hope they will sell wings and Hot Ham and cheese cosmos too!! Is the Ruby Tuesday building really sold or is that just speculation??
