Default Ridley Park

Going to be moving to Ridley Park before school starts. Want to get my daughter ready for school and introduced to children. Not sure exactly where we are going to buy the house, few out there were are about to consider, but definitely Ridley Area.

Any ideas on activities for a 5 year old that would be in kindergarten for 2008-09? I want her to start to meet some kids so kindergarten isn't as shocking. I also would prefer her to go to catholic schools?

Anyone know where to get the statistics on schools and education after graduation rates?

J

For catholic schools check the web for the archdiocese of Philadelphia. There will be plenty of info on education through high school.
For Ridley Park, I think there are a couple of parishes. I believe one is Notre Dame de Lourdes.
For activities most townships in Delaware County will run sports associations with t-ball, basketball, track etc. Some may offer summer camp programs. Most townships may have swim clubs or community pools that you can join. Also check out the local library & the YMCA- they will have many options.
