thesixth is on a distinguished road
Media is a great small town type of place. Has a main street area with older homes, singles and twins, and then has a fairly typical suburban type housing surrounding it. Very wooded and green. Nice community feel. Close to Phila and I95 for easy access to city, jobs, etc.

Some older properties can have 1/2 acre lots but you won't find that close to Media's town center.
Nearby towns of Swarthmore, Springfield, Rosetree are all nice too - with many different types of housing available. Good stable communities with many activities/services for residents - very family-oriented. Media/Swarthmore/Rosetree will be more expensive and Springfield will be more affordable.
Overall good schools and good nearby shopping.
