sharris is on a distinguished road
Hanover PA is great. Close to large citys like Baltimore and Harrisburg. Still has the small town feel. lots of shopping and dining. Plenty of work to be had. Housing cost are reasonable. Ask me a more direct question and I can give you a more direct answer...

also growing fairly fast due to maryland transplants. Lots of new shopping is going in on the north side of town and the south side has gotten some commercial growth lately.

There is talks of extending eisenhower boulevard to the west of mcsherrystown. Also, they are widening route 94 north of eisenhower boulevard to jacobs alley (or is it street?), as a demonstration that the growth has required infrastructure improvements.

I've never lived in Hanover but have been in the town a number of times. I like the town, though there's a good bit of sprawl near its edges.
