Default state college housing
hello im looking to rent a newly built apt/ townhouse/ condominium. one of the places i liked when i did a web search was summit at shiloh which was only for purchase. is there any comparable properties for rent in the state college area?

Because of the University, you can find any kind of housing option you want in State College.

Call the Apartment Store located in Downtown State College. They should be able to help you. I rented an apartment off of them many years ago.
