Smile New Construction in Lebanon County

Anyone living in the new communities in Lebanon? I know there is a lot of construction and nice little pockets of new houses. Was wondering if anyone has any first hand on how the newer areas are. I know about the city already. Wanted to know more about outskirts like Cornwall and South Lebanon. I knw its quiet but wondering if the newer communites are bringing in more families who may be relocating (which is something my family is considering).

Considering getting nice new house instead of having to fix up old house.. which I have dealt with and am done with.

Want family friendly area for elem & middle school age.
THanks

Look in Palmyra. I like the school district too. It is small.

Read this before moving to Palmyra or adjacent areas to the east and west: Pennsylvania Geological Survey: Sinkholes and buy the extra insurance.
