Question Help Please Need Info about Jefferson County PA and the tri county area

Relocating to Jefferson County PA the tri county area right now looking at a home in Brookville, looking for information about the area, clement, taxes and taxes on home offices or tax brakes?, zoning, business license and permits needed, cost of living, crime and roads I would appreciate more information on South Main St by Brookville Hospital plus rt. 322 West Main and I80 and any information on other factors that are relevant. Looking to make the move between February and May.

I live in Clearfield County, which is the next county over, but i'll do my best.

I've been to Brookville a few times and it's a good place. Great to raise kids, not a lot of crime, decent morning/evening traffic. When i say decent i mean there is some, but not as much as u would find in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh or another city. South Main Street is right in the middle of town, if that is what u are curious about.
I can't help with taxes, housing or anything of that nature since i'm not technically in the area. But maybe someone else can help with that.
