Default Montgomery County,PA?

Hi~

Just starting to do some research on Montgomery County ? We don't know anything about it and would like to know names of suburbs, good school districts and looking for somewhat of a diverse area . We have 2 little girls, adopted from China and we want our next move to be somewhere that they feel not so "different".
We are in a very small and not so tolerant neighborhood of diverse families.
Sad but true.

My husband MAY have an opportunity there but we want to be sure to learn as much as we can about the area before jumping into anything.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks so much.

We lived in Royersford (Limerick Township) for a few years and I loved it there! A really nice community with a great school district (Spring-Ford). The cost of living was higher, being not so far outside of Philly, but our taxes were decent ($4500 on a $360k house).

We had to move this apst fall for my husband's job, but I really hated leaving that area - it really had it all.

I've lived in Whitpain Township and Worcester Township (Wissahickon and Methacton school districts) and the industry in the area (e.g. drug companies) bring in folks with non-American backgrounds. For example, there were a lot of Indian and Chinese children in my kids' school and neighborhood.
