I've been looking for any kind of update for weeks, and have found nothing. I too want to know what's going on. Anyone?

I was in Lancaster County on Monday and saw a wagon being pulled by a pony, It was a little pony, not a horse and the wagon had 2 women and 2 kids in it. I guess they were mennonites by their clothes. I felt really bad for the little guy having to pull them and his little legs were really going.
There's a horse auction in New Holland where the amish sell their worn out horses to meat processors. An ASPCA worker told us that amish wear their horses out pretty quickly. And of course you still hear the horror stories about puppy mills, one mennonite breeder just shot 80 of his dogs to avoid being charged with animal cruelty for bad living conditions.
